SONIC JOYRIDE is a Georgia-based rock band dedicated to sharing the music and legacy of late songwriter Christopher Hobler while creating new music of its own. Fronted by singer-songwriter Jeannie Caryn, the band features founding member Rick Reese on bass and synth, Thierry Bergeron on drums, and Tommy Wails on electric guitar.
Blending Hobler’s original catalog with newly written SONIC JOYRIDE songs, the band carries his music forward while building the next chapter—delivering powerful vocals, driving guitars, memorable hooks, and a distinctly ’90s-inspired rock sound.
